Hello! 

My name is Alice Lin and I graduated from the University of Michigan (2022) and Hunter College High School (2018). At Michigan, I majored in public policy with a focus on government regulation. 

I grew up loving books, and my educational experience has taught me the importance of developing strong reading and writing skills from a young age. I have written research papers, worked on school newspapers, and won writing awards. 

I have worked with students of all ages, though the majority of my students have been in elementary and middle school. My approach to learning is building a strong foundation and consistent practice. I also believe in tailoring my teaching based on the student’s needs, whether it is English, math, or standardized testing.
