Hello!

My name is Finn Stirling, and I am a research scientist in the biotechnology industry. I hold a BSc in biochemistry from University College London and a PhD in molecular biology from Harvard University, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Cambridge. 

Alongside my research, I have taught biology, chemistry, and mathematics to students ranging from middle school to the PhD level—individually, in classrooms, laboratories, and lecture halls. Teaching is one of my greatest joys; I especially value the moment when a once-challenging concept suddenly becomes second nature for a student.
